North Balwyn Village welcomes new owner Shahid Ansari to Superbike Café Racers coffee shop.
Shahid took over the coffee shop in late December and has been exploring what the clientele are looking for in a coffee shop and tastings offerings.
His passion for client satisfaction is so important, he has employed a new chef and brought some stellar food choices to the menu.
The new chef has global experience hailing from California and working in San Diego and more recently at George’s of Camberwell.
Some of the new dishes include salt and pepper calamari and chicken tenderloins with house made crumbs.
For those with a sweet tooth or looking for the best of the best in gelati flavours and icecreams, Shahid has installed an ice cream bar with a revolving selection of Gelatiski icecream flavours. The best selling and most popular flavours will make the grade for permanency.
We are told the milkshakes are next level with traditional chocolate, strawberry and vanilla but so flavoursome, you’ll want to come back for more.
